High efficient cyanide-free gold processing plant

      High efficient new design cyanide free Gold Processing Plant was developed by Changchun Gold Research Institute Co., Ltd. in 1998 and  has been put into the market， it has been used in more than 800 enterprises at home and abroad. This series of equipment targets the gold-loaded carbon desorption electrolysis in gold cyanidation CIP process, and the gold adsorbed on the gold-loaded carbon is desorped and presented in the form of high-grade gold mud. After decades of practical application as well as continuous optimization and improvement in enterprises, this series of equipment has upgraded to the fifth generation.

      Compared with similar products at home and abroad, this series of equipment has significant technical advantagesas follows:

1. High Gold Desorption rate: the gold grade of barren carbon after desorption is≤ 50g/t (similar products in the industry  are generally≤ 100g/t).

2. High primary electrolysis rate: the average electrolysis rate of desorption solution is ≥90%. (similar products in the  industry are generally around 70%).

3. Accurate gold balance: the actual amount of gold obtained after desorption and electrolysis is consistent with the theoretical gold content in the gold-loaded carbon. (similar products in the industry generally have the phenomenon of " gold flotation or accumulation ", which causes the loss of gold in the processing process and makes the amount of gold unbalanced) 

4. Efficient and easy to operate: The whole set of equipment adopts integrated design,  and the automation of signal acquisition, operation adjustment control and safety protection ensures high efficiency, easy operation, safety and reliability during the entire operation.

5. Low operating cost: The equipment is made of quality special materials (mainly including high-quality insulation materials, all-tetrafluoroethylene insulation materials, fully imported aerospace-grade circulating pumps, high-resistance electric shock heating pipes, etc.). The power-consuming equipment adopts frequency conversion design to ensure the low-cost operation and maintenance as well as good desorption electrolysis index.

This series of equipment has 3 patented technologies and 5 proprietary technologies. Sodium cyanide is not used in the desorption liquid, which reduces the barren carbon grade below 100g/t. The key technology of this equipment is to ensure the balance of metal content, avoid the phenomenon of equipment "gold accumulation" and " gold floatation ", and ensure the stable technical indicators of the equipment. The cost is low, and the technological advancement has been broadcast on the Spark Science and Technology Progam of CCTV in 2000. The technology passed the technical appraisal in 2003 and won the second prize of Science and Technology of the China Gold Association. The overall technical level leads the gold industry in China. In 2006, it was designated as an energy-saving technology for gold production by the National Development and Reform Commission. In 2007, it was designated as industry standard equipment by the National Development and Reform Commission.
